Hello Maureen. I am such a happy customer, I had to write you to tell you so! Recently I ordered a embosser thru email with Brittany in your firm. And when Brittany was out, Josh plugged in too. I worked most with Brittany though and found her to be an ideal rep of your firm. She was willing to do the order and consultation via email, per my request. She was willing to send me several proofs till we got the size exactly right. And her demeanor was one of friendliness, helpfulness, patienc, and professionalism. Would that I could deal with her on ALL of my shopping needs!!! Bravo to you for her and Josh! And thank you! Felicia

Josh,
You were right! The products arrived quickly and are better than I even imagined. The embosser is truly impressive. I have never seen a clearer image. I thought I was going to have to press hard to get an impression, but it works well with any amount of pressure; it depends on the depth of impression and thickness of paper. I have gently embossed a 90# watercolor paper barely pressing. This thing really is a joy to use. Regarding the wax seal, I am glad we went with the brass and walnut, it looks like it belongs on a much nicer desk than ours! The gift box packaging was an unexpected treat. I do wish we’d bought the next size up though. On the next order we will. The wax seal was as precisely cut as the embosser, it provides such a crisp image we were kind of shocked, seriously. Note: it works well marking just made, still wet home made paper.
Regarding your customer service, if someone is going to promote the quality of their product (which you did) and the quality of their service (which you also did)- they better back it up (WHICH YOU DID!). You provided immediate and thoughtful answers to all my many many questions. It was clear you were completely versed in all the function of the products. It really was impressive, I was sure you were the owner. I don’t please terribly easy, so in my mind you and your company’s great success is really noteworthy. I love it when a small national business grossly outperforms the nameless mail orders from who knows where and makes it easy to buy local (in the USA at any rate). Thanks again!!!!
